We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing and Sales Supervisor to oversee our customer service team and drive the company's marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.
- Develop and maintain the company’s marketing strategies, including planning and setting prospective annual budget allocations for all marketing and promotion.
- Actively visit main customers and distributors promoting the best solutions with company services and products.
- Promote the brands and image of the company through participation in trade fairs and marketing events.
